How should I dress my 3 month old little girl in 48 degree weather?

We have Easter professional pictures this upcoming Saturday, March 19th. These are outdoor, at 6:15 p.m, and the session is an hour long. My weather app says as of now, it is supposed to be about 48-50 degrees around the time were taking the pictures. My daughter will be 3 months old this Thursday before the pictures. The outfit that I have picked out for her to wear is a dressy shirt that's long, with pants, a long sleeve sweater, and a hat if I can hopefully find one to match. I also plan on bringing a blanket to wrap her up either in between shots, or for some pictures. Would she be too cold?

You will know if she is cold by touching her cheeks, nose and ears. When they are cool. Warm her up. She may also start to get cranky if she is cold too.

I definitely will have a hat for her to wear, about 60-75 pictures. I am located in Harrisonburg, VA and will most likely be doing them at a park, there are shelters there, and I can have my car there running to go into In case she gets too cold. Also, my SO and I will constantly either be holding her or close to her in the pictures, she won't be by herself.

She'll need a hat. How many pictures are you doing that it will take an hour? Where are your geographically? It is a building you can retreat too if she does get cold? Or can you keep your car running and warm? Bring her stroller, and a thick blanket. Why do these have to be done outside?
