I'm actually 6 months pregnant with twins, I was told not to sleep on my right side much but of late, that's the only side I feel comfortable sleeping on. I can't sleep on my back because I get terrible back pains after. Please, I need sleeping tips. How do you do it?

My doc, the whole circulation thing, but that's the only way I feel comfy. 1 of the boys stay on my right at all times, sometimes it gets so painful so I too wonder at times if its safe

Why have you been told not to sleep on your right and by who?
Sleeping on your back isn't good while pregnant as the weight of the babies can cut off the blood supply to your legs.
A friend of mine, when pregnant with twins found the only comfortable position was to get a beanbag and sort of kneel and lay on your tummy. The beanbag moulds to your belly shape and still gives you support at the top.
