I HAD MY MISCARRIAGE 2 WEEKS AGO WAS 9 WEEKS ALONG. I AM STILL BLEEDING BUT VERY LITTLE AND ITS A DARK BROWN SO OBVIOUSLY OLD BLOOD IVE HAD UNPROTECTED SEX 2 TO 3 TIMES SINCE THEN IVE READ SOME WOMEN BECOME PREGNANT RIGHT AWAY BUT IM TRYNG TO FIGURE OUT IF I HAVE TO WAIT TILL I HAVE MY PERIOD 1ST BEFORE TRYING AGAIN? OR MAY I BECOME PREGNANT AGAIN REALLY SOON?

thank you for your advice every little advice helps i really hope i fall pregnant soon as me and my husband have been trying for some time now so you can imagine how eager we are and i am also so sorry for your lost.

Well, I tested positive 5 weeks after my miscarriage, and when we calculated dates from my initial ultrasound, plus counting back to when I had unprotected sex, we worked out I fell pregnant 2 weeks after my miscarriage. So yes, it is perfectly possible.

Having said that, I would recommend giving it some time. Not only for your body to heal, but also for you to allow time to grieve. Unfortunately, I didn't allow myself that time, and I truly believe that this contributed to my PPD. The grief DID catch up with me eventually.
