My son would turn 14 this April 1st. During his primary school years we have had hard time with him in his studies, where he is not interested in studying, but anyhow he got quite good results. Thsnk God for that. Now, he is in his teenage year and starting last year, he became lazy and flopped 8n his studies. He began to have this type of behaviour-showing anger, fighting with his sister and me and hates us. He gies to school as usual with some absenteeism. Sometimes he would wake up in the midnight to fight with his sisters if he has some unsettled matter (unsettled according to him). Is he mentslly ill or is he suffering from some kind of disorders? Please help to explain.

If you think there's an issue, have him evaluated, both a physical and mental. TBH, he sounds pretty normal for a 14 YO. The only thing that would concern me is that you say he's waking in the middle of the night to pick fights...That tells me something is bothering him.

No. He claims he is fine and I am having mental illness. He still goes to school, like other kids. Only difference is, he flopped and is in the last class and I have never seen him doing his school work, unlike other kuds who are interested in their studies. He is also still interested in toys - Transformer

Have you had him in for a physical evaluation?
