My child wants milk all the time and sodas. I am feeding him rice but it is just seldom that he have appetite. Do you know any vitamins to boost up some appetite.

I would be only letting him have milk after a meal. In between tell him he can only have water. That way he will eat more as he won't be so full on Milk. Also have healthy snack foods available for him to grab when he is hungry. You need to focus on getting him to eat properly rather than just giving him vitamins.
In regards to tantrums, that's what toddlers do. You have to be firm and say no. Don't give in to the tantrums as it will only teach him that he will eventually get what he wants.
Definitely DON'T give him soda.

Two year old throw tantrums becasue they have no other way to communicate. Stick to it and say no to soda. If you give in to his fit, then you are teaching him to whine for what he wants. If you put healthy choices of food out for him to eat, he will eat before he starves.

my hubby gives him soda sometimes which bothers me because he keeps crying and throwing tantrums if he can even give a sip so I am firm with him right now. Thanks/

According to your profile you child is two. Why is he even drinking soda at all? It has no value to his body whatsoever. Limit his milk before meals and he will be hungrier. A toddler often eats a very small amount as they have very small stomachs. .
