Take some time for yourself. Let a trustworthy family member keep the kids for a few hours and do something you enjoy( even if that means doing nothing at all) I always feel more patient and relaxed after having a few hours to myself. I also lovd taking my kids to do different activities and it wears them out so they sleep good. Motherhood is tough and exhausting but so rewarding too. Exercise helps relieve stress also and it gives you an extra pep in your step so you can conquer the rest of your day. If you feel seriously depressed then I'd speak to a dr and see what kind of help they can offer
