I'm 33 weeks pregnant and my husband was sent to the CBP training for 4 months. The hardest part is that he wont be here when I deliver.

Those are some good ideas, I really appreciate that. I will for sure keep that in mind and start doing some of those great ideas. Thank you.

I'm very sorry you are going through that. The point of the pregnancy you are in, you feel things getting close and there is excitement and anxiety...all things you want to share with your spouse. Do you have family nearby who can spend time with you? Do you have contact with your spouse?
I don't have personal experience with this so I can't offer that, but I wanted to at lease respond with some kind of idea. Maybe you could start a journal. You would write about how you are feeling each day, what your thoughts are, frustrations, fears, what the baby is doing, what the doctors are saying, pictures or video of yourself at various locations and activities...then when he comes back, you can share the journal with him. Maybe it would make him feel as though he was part of it. Maybe you will feel as though he is there with you when you are writing.
I did that when my husband was over the road trucking, gone for weeks at a time, missing milestones with the kids. I wrote to him every day and it helped me.
Good luck :)
