How to do visitation with an infant with an out-of-state father who I am no longer friends with?

Hi! I have a 2-month old baby girl and the father and I were never in a relationship. He lives in Texas and I live in California. We are no longer on speaking terms because he refused to help pay his 1/2 of the medical and nursery (all because he found out that he fathered another child and because of that, he said he could not afford child support - which is the MAIN reason why we are not speaking anymore). He wants to establish parentage and contacted my county to do so. From the child support calculator, he is suppose to owe me around $1300/month. I don't think he is able to afford that since he has that other baby who is 5 months apart. Also, how will the courts decide on travel since all of my money will be almost all gone every month? Also, how do we do visitation since she is an infant and he is not welcomed in my home? Thanks!
