I'm a mom of 6 month old identical twin girls, they were born via emergency c-section when I developed HELLP syndrome at 31 weeks. They are now doing really well, but I don't know what I can do to fill my time with them. Often the day seems to stretch on forever, my husband works a 12-14 hour day and has very little to do with them so is no help at all, but I have a terrific nanny who helps me. Often I feel like I'm not doing "enough" with them as we've been pretty housebound on dr's orders due to their immune systems, and its winter now. Any suggestions anyone? Thanks!
