My daughter is almost 4 months and will not sleep in her bed! I've tried a bassinet, cradle, her crib, pack in play and she will wake every hour! I lay her in my bed and she sleeps all night long! I tried to let her cry her self back to sleep and she cries worse. How do I help her be alright sleeping by her self?

Thank You! My boyfriend and I are fine with her being in our bed! But every makes a big deal that they need to be a little indented. I love cuddling up with her! Plus I get more sleep that way lol

For some kids, you just wait. She'll be okay sleeping on her own in time. Sleeping in your own bed is quite a lot to ask of a 4 month old.

Personally, I felt that cosleeping was the solution that brought the most happiness to our household. It worked well for all of our kids and we all got the most sleep that way.

You could try putting something that smells like you in her crib. You could try a baby hammock. You could try putting her crib right next to your bed. You could try putting her on a mattress on the floor.

With such a dramatic difference in terms of her quality of sleep between your bed and not your bed I'll admit I'm not overly optimistic though.
