How to get my two year old to go poop easier.

My youngest son has been having difficulties with having a bowel movement since he was 6 months old. He is 2 1/2 now and still having the same issue. I have tried Mira lax, Magnesium Citrate, and nothing works. I have found a juice in stores called Razzleberry and that is the only thing that makes him go with a little ease. When he tries to go, he strains so hard that he gets black rings under his eyes. I have asked doctors to please help my son as this is so sad to watch him struggle with having a bowel movement. Can someone please give me some tips on how to help my son. I have tried warm baths even with no avail. HELP

A few suggestions
Is he getting enough to drink that is not milk milk is constipating he needs other fluids
Pears fresh or tinned kiwi tomatoes
Can he rest his feet when sitting on the loo to give him the ability to pushy
Get him to blow bubbles it will encourage pushing
Reward effort not output
Try him about twenty minutes after eatin
Hope some of this helps

I don't know if this helps or not , I always had this issue since I was little . Only thing that's ever helped me is coffee which i don't recommend giving a little kid. but also fiber and for some odd reasons oranges and apples especially apple juice. Let him drink apple juice and I promise you he will go better. And what little kid doesn't like apple juice or apples !?
