Once the kids are in bed, you need to do something with just you and hubby. NO housework (that will still be there later), NO tv or any other distractions. If you feel that you both need to reconnect you both need to make the time and effort.
Maybe even organize a date night once a month. Get a babysitter or even better would be getting family to have the kids for a sleepover, that way you won't be watching the time and rushing to get back to the kids.
It all comes down to actually making an effort, even if you are exhausted or tired. The spark doesn't just come back, you need to work at it.
