how to get rid of breast milk

Try not to stimulate your breasts. Don't let the shower water run over them (obviously you can bathe but don't stand in the shower with the water beating on your chest), don't try expressing it you'll just create more, try wearing a tight fitting bra like a sports bra. It's very painful I know but it will go away. I can't remember how long it takes, but from my very vague memory it didn't take too long. I made sure not to do anything to stimulate production. I didn't touch them, I didn't even put heat or cold on them to relieve the pain. I pretty much just wore a bra 24/7 and let it dry up on its own.

It just needs to go away naturally. Hurts like hell huh? You can try putting cold cabbage leaves in your bra to help the pain, and it is suppose to reduce the milk supply quicker. The more you stimulate your breasts, the more milk will come in...or you can just breastfeed.
