I have a four year old son, who asks everyday when his dad is coming back home? I also have a teenage son who is having a hard time and is acting out and I don't know what to do or say to them to get through it, I myself am having a hard time with the loss of a husband who I love so much and can't understand why he walked out on us. My heart breaks for them, I always make sure I let them know that he loves them very much... Can anyone help me?

Hi - just to say, the best place to start might be with your local doctor who can make a referral. Good luck!

Counseling is the best solution! It gets everything out and in the open. Hope all goes well and you find someone who can be there for y'all even through the hard times

Hi - this must be very difficult for all of you. Have you thought of getting any kind of counselling? Perhaps play therapy for your younger son? I'm not sure where you live but maybe Social Services could point you in the right direction? Both my son's had counselling - I wish you all the best.
