My son is 29, graduating soon with an associate's degree, knows microsoft programs, handsome, very kind personality but cannot find a job. I've tried to help but it is virtually impossible to find anything at all. We live in the DC area and for every job there are hundreds of applicants. I feel asperger people are doomed to futures of unemployment. I have to accept that but the one thing I can't figure out is - what can they do 24/7 for the rest of their lives. He does some volunteer work but there are only so many jobs even for that. Since no one else cares - what does this country think these people should be doing for their lives - other than disappear?
