My 20 month old baby girl have never slept through a night, she will wake up at least 4 times during the night. When she wakes up at night she either wants her bottle or her dummy. I'm a working mom and get up at 05:30 in the morning and really needs my sleep at night. Any advice???

Zelda, a paci is a short version of pacifier. I assumed that is what you mean when you say her "dummy". If not sorry for confusing you :)

Have you ever let her cry it out? We had to do that when we got rid of the pacifier (doctor suggested it), and within a few nights, she slept through without the pacifier.

My daughter is 20 months and while hasn't had a nighttime feeding for about a year she stillness her pack at night. Does your baby eat enough during the day. Sometimes I offer more snacks if my daughter doesn't eat alot at a meal and maybe give her one before bedtime. I kind of wonder if the milk is a comfort thing like the paci? As far as the paci goes before I go to bed I make sure she has a few in reach around her so if she wakes up she can find one and go back to sleep. I hope this helps because as parents we all need our rest!

Have you tried feeding her something that will make her tummy full before bed my son doesnt sleep thru the night also but when i give him something to eat before bed then he does my son wakes up once for a bottle but last night he woke up 3 times! its very exhausting but i would try feeding her before bed and also give her milk and she should have a full tummy (:
