How to increase my milk supply

Just like Jennifer said, your milk supply is based on demand. The more you nurse and pump the more your body will produce. A lot of moms think their baby isn't getting enough breast milk but this is rarely the case. If your baby is having enough wet diapers and is growing then he or she is getting plenty of milk and is fine. Babies who are breast fed will eat more frequently and have a tendency to poop less.

Feed your baby as often as possible. Pump after every feed to ensure you are draining as much milk as possible.
It works on supply and demand. Increase the demand and you'll increase the supply.
Is there a reason you need to increase your supply?
