What I mean is I have finally weaned my daughter from breastfeeding. She is 16 months old but since doing it I have lost breast tissue. Its like they are deflated. Its sad and depressing. Is there anything I can do? When I stopped breastfeeding I didn't stop on a dime. I did it gradually. Until she didn't want to anymore.

Yeah I am working on the water. I have always had an issue with drinking water. While I don't drink coffee I do however drink coke. Which I know is bad and I go through phases of drinking it regularly and then not really having any. I am working on not having it. Thank you for the response though :)

I'm not sure exactly if there are home remedies for keeping breasts looking young and firm, but my gynecologist told me that caffeine is the main reason women have "squishy" breasts. We need to drink lots of water to retain the firmness of our breasts and keep them plump. I just can't seem to put down my coffee cup and my soft drinks though.... :)
I know how you feel though. I have had three wonderful kids and all through high school I only had an A to a B cup. After my first pregnancy i jumped to a C+. I was SO happy, but it didn't last. After my third I lost all the baby fat and of course my boobs went too.
