Funny you say that because thats the one thing she keeps asking about. That and singing lessons. We live in Buffalo and its been VERY challanging to find a theatre program! I have found a few for summer camp but only one for school year which was run poorly. I will keep looking, thanks for the reply :)

Why not try the adventure scouts or sea scouts. My son went to the sea cadets and this was a mixed bunch of boys and girls. They play games, have camp outs, canoe for those that want to, go on walking weekends away. Do first age badges, raise money for charities by dong daft things. He had a whale of a time and in the summer months he was never in as he made so many friends that he did not know before.
Look what is out there for children her age it does not have to be all classes of this and that. Let her have some fun being a soon to be teenager. My other son went into the RAF Cadets again boys and girls. They did lots of things together as a team but it was a lot more structured. They marched and flew gliders and did lots of orienteering things. Again lots of friends made.
My daughter is 3.5 and I am already looking to get her into the Rainbows (Brownies) and she will be going to the Sea Cadets as well if she wants to go. It is important to let kids be kids to help them grow and develop mentally.
