Each pregnancy is different. With each one of mine I showed earlier the more I had.
The blood test will show the level of hormones and it can indicate (not confirm) that there is more than 1. The hormone levels increase the further along you are but if it's a multiple pregnancy then the levels will higher than "normal" then the number of weeks you are.

It's too soon to tell, you have to be patient. And yes, it is totally normal for you to be bigger than previously if this is not your first pregnancy.

Second pregnancies are typically bigger, sooner. I was so massive with my daughter, and she moved so much so often I was sure it had to be multiples. Plus it ran in my family. But it was just one very big baby.

What makes you think it is twins? I don't think blood tests can tell you how pregnant you are, let alone if it is one or two. But I could be wrong.
