Cardio combined with strength training. and a good diet of 3 meals 2 snacks. If you are working out from home maybe try the jullian michaels workout from the biggest looser or bob frm the biggest looser. both are great workouts! I would recomend yoga as well. Jullian michaels has a great yoga video as well
As for the stretch marks try and embrace them cause their not going anywhere!!! Unless you surgically remove them. Otherwise maybe bio oil or palmers butter wont remove them but they will lighten in colour
