Kids in daycare/school get sick. A child is contagious before ever showing symptoms, so even if they stay home when sick... all the kids have already been exposed. The only way to keep your child from getting sick from other kids is to not have your child around other kids. Otherwise expect that the colds will be frequent for now, but will ease up once her immune system is more used to it.

I run a daycare, and when a child is sick they are not allowed to come to daycare, parent are asked to keep there children at home until they get better. You should write a letter to the daycare if you can't get a hold of the daycare teacher than leave a note with your contact info and set up an appoiment to discuss your concerns. That way when you get a call you know your note was revived! Good luck! Radica
