My 13 year old has been told by the doctor that she should lose 10-15 pounds. She hasb een overweight most of her life but is extremely active and loves life, has great friends and plays lots of sports. I am thin and have a background of eating disorders. We only have healthy things in our house and cook healthy food, but she spends time out and at friends houses and her choices are not good. Help! She doesn't really want to take ownership of this . Suggestions?
