How to tackle negative thoughts?

My baby is already 3+ months. I am worried about my breast milk supply. This is my second week back to work and I noticed when I pump my milk, at times it is less than half of the usual amount. I am also trying to be relax and be positive. Sometimes (most of the time) I miss my husband and two elder children who are living in a different state. There is an advise that I received: "talk to yourself". But how? What is the best statement to talk to myself?

Do not stress yourself too much just relax and make time for your baby.Talking to yourself means to control your emotion within just close your eyes and sit for a while,take deep breath and you feel good.Listen to good and comforting music. Take a walk with your baby everyday it will help you to bond her and you together.
