My 9 months old son has recognized he can move on his stomach to get to everything he wants and at times he tends to become a hand full.
He tends to pull everything and i don't want to shout at him or make faces that will scare him off.
How can i teach him 'no'?

First of all babies explore, they actually need to it's part of developing. I would start by baby proofing...make one or two rooms that are safe for him to play in. The rooms that can not be entirely baby proofed I would suggest redirection. Even if he learns the word no it's going to become a game, but if he's doing something you don't want him to redirect him to play with something else.
