I am a mother of three girls, my youngest Sophia is almost four months old. She has been having problems she birth with constipation. About a month and a half ago she was first admitted to the hospital with constipation and uti, then a week later her gi doctor admitted her to the hospital to try to find out what is going on with her. That was right before thanksgiving. They couldn't find anything wrong. After she was sent home she has been on her third round of different medicines to help with her acid reflux, she has an ng tube because she refuses to alot by mouth only like 1 or 2 oz. then I have to give the rest by the tube. we have even tried not using the tube for thirty hours and it didn't help either she still is fussy and acts liek she is in so much pain. The gi doctor told us today that we will just keep trying different meds to see which one works for her. How many more things to we need to try till she is better? we haven't had a scope done, but we are seeing a surgeon next week for a possible g button. I am hoping someone on here can give me advice.
