I mean, if the toddler is wanting mommy's breast for comfort and sleeping, how to wean him off that?

Wean on the weekend. Let someone else feed your baby the bottle and let them drink what they drink. If he or she cries then let thm cry it out. It wll be a tough couple days but it gets easier. They get the picture after awhile. Its important to stick with weaning and nOt give in.

I have twins, boy and girl. they are 18 months now and it is hard to get them off the breast. Im down to one feeding each at night before bedtime. They wont go to sleep without breastfeeding. Any suggestions?

Try alternating between breastfeed and giving a sippy cup of milk, then just slowly just increase the milk more and more until your child wants the milk. It will be hard, but after some time your child should be completely off breastfeeding.
