thanks for all the advice ...i will try some different things....also i have tried the carrier things and he HATES them....he flips out when he is them ..... and we just bought a bouncy seat...he is still a bit small and wobbly for it but we prop him up with blankets so he is stable and he seems to enjoy it but only for a short amount of time....guess i'll just have to keep changing up his toys and stuff to keep him entertained :)

Wear him in a sling or carrier around the house to keep him close and free up your hands. At 3 mos. he doesn't really need to be entertained. Just being alive, outside of your stomach, keeps his mind busy enough :) You could also use a bouncy seat or swing with a few bright, dangly objects to entertain him.

Sing to him, share board books with him. They do only have a very short attention span at that age. Toys that make sounds like rattles and bells are good too.

he HATES tummy time...freaks out when he is on his tummy...and i try lots of different toys but it only works for a few mins then he is bored again.....the swing just makes him go to sleep and as for the ceiling fan he has been staring at it since he was born so he is pretty much over the fan now
