Ok so about 2 hrs ago I had to take off running after my son before he made it all the way into the street. And since then I have had very bad pains in my pelvic area. Im 35 weeks along and im worried I put too much strain on him. But I had no choice but to run it was the only way I would catch my youngest before he was in the road. Did I hurt the baby? I called my dr but I had to leave a msg and im waiting to hear back from him still

I hear ya, the good news is you are far enough along that if baby did need to be delivered, the risk would be low.

Thank you for the tips. And unfortunately I havent heard back from the dr yet. I have been doing as little as possible since then but with 3 young boys already its hard to do nothing at all lol.

Since the pain is so low, it is probably the muscles of your pelvic floor. Rest, drink lots of water and lay on your side for a bit to see if the contractions settle down. If they increase, you start bleeding or baby is not kicking, go to the hospital. You'd rather go and be told you are fine, then not go and wish you had. Have you heard back from your doctor? I took a spill in the stairs at 34 weeks and was really sore and scared, but baby was fine. Good Luck!

Its lower not up high, he has already turnedamd has dropped some at my last appointment last week, the pain is about where his head is sitting now. But I have been having more contractions than normal. They are still too far apart to worry about labor but are coming at regular intervals.

Probably not. If you are not cramping or bleeding, and you are still having active fetal movement. Is the pain way low or higher up?
