Im 24 and 20 weeks pregnant and have just found out my baby has Hypoplastic right heart syndrome. Im just wondering if there is anyone on here who has a child with this. Thats all i can seem to find is storys on about the left side. I know the right side is more rare but just want to know if there is much hope for us!

This is a very old post... but I hope you are doing well. I am a mum of a HR little girl and she is now 6. Best wishes.

With the technology that's out there, I'm sure your doctors will be able to help you. I personally have never heard of it. Will they have to do surgery inutero? Or is it something that can wait until birth? What have the doctors told you?
