In your 2nd trimester you should be feeling quite energized so I would get your doctor to check your iron levels. It's usually in your 1st and 3rd trimesters that you feel tired.

As for complications during delivery that's not true.

No this is not true. I would get a check up from your doctor though, make sure your iron levels are ok. It's normal to be tired during pregnancy but sometimes it can indicate low iron or something. I would sleep as much as you can in the upcoming months, labour and having a newborn is exhausting so you do need extra rest.

I have heard that too. i heard the more active u are thur pregnacy the easier your labor will be. and if you sleep too much it will complicate your pregnacy. something about the baby sticking to you or somthing like that.. my mom and my boyfriend are the same way they wont let me sleep too much. which really sucks cause if it was up to me i would sleep all day
