She doesn't need juice. She doesn't need water. Both of these things can be very bad for a 2 month old. All she needs is formula or breast milk.

No! She should ONLY be getting breast milk or formula. That is ALL she needs.

She should only be given breastmilk or formula at this point! In a few months you can offer water (unsweetened).

NO Don't give her ANYTHING but formula or breast milk. Don't add sweeteners to anything when she is old enough to have it or salt. Let them get it all natural. Why set her up for future failures in eating? And once again, do not give anything but breastmilk or formula to a 2 month old.

No. Juice is never 'needed', but fine to give... watered down a lot... on occasion around a year. Nothing other than breast milk or formula should be given to a 2 month old though.

She has recently formed a habit of sucking on her fingers and sometimes will make herself gag and even vomit, she won't take to a pacifier, it's usually after she is fed, but thinking she is not still hungry as i try to give her more but she doesn't want it!? any sensible sugestions?

I live in jamaica so no weight watchers for me and I cant get no time to exercise she keeps me bust but now and then I do a little work out

You can eat healthy and exercise, but it took me a while to lose it, I sitll haven't lost it for my second child 3 years later because I'm not motivated yet :)

With my first I had a lot of success with weight watchers and if you're a breastfeeding mom it's a great plan to follow because it takes into account that you are breastfeeding.
