I am a new stay at home mom and I find myself getting depressed all the time. I don't have much of a social life. What can I do to keep my mind busy?

Firstly good on you for seeing that you need help and reaching out.
What I would suggest is that you find someone you trust that you can talk to, be it a friend, family member, Dr. or other professional that can help you talk through whats causing the problems and give you ways to cope.
Exercise is a great way to fight depression. Just walking on a regular basis is enough.
