i am about 32 weeks and paranoid about everything, little pains, my water breaking for no reason

This is just anxiety and it will pass. When you want to clean the home from top to bottom and get everything packed and ready, this is sick sence that the body is about to give birth. It is very common for a woman to nest!

You are completely normal at this stage as this is your first child. Don't worry most first babies are late. Take everything in your stride and you will be fine.

It is normal to be paranoid when your pregnant because there is no definite time you will go into labor or give birth unless you schedule a c-section/inducing. I am currently pregnant with cutie pie#2 and am paranoid just as well. I am constantly looking at my symptoms and wondering if I will be going into labor soon. Just try to relax and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy. Make sure you keep your doctor up to date with your symptoms. You will definitely know when it is time. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

It is all normal. You feel the baby dropping into your pelvic area and you think this is it, but it's too soon. Don't worry. It takes time for everything to slowly come together.

You'll be fine, it's normal to get anxious. You wonder if this is it. Is it coming yet. But believe me you'll know when it's time. Everything you're experiencing is normal your breast are getting ready. And your body is preparing you for labour. These pains give you some idea of what to expect when the baby comes and increases your pain threshold. Try not to worry too much you'll be fine.

It is normal for you too have a lot of pain in your pelvis, remember your body takes monthes to prepare fo delivery. Your ribs getting beat up hurts like hell but you heard right babies tend to be less active before they are born. You probally are already produceing milk. When I was at that stage in my pregnancy I leaked like faucet. You can massage your breast and put warm compresses on to soathe he pain. If that doesn't wok you can very gentley try and express the excess liquid. That should help with the tenderness. Remember too you will think I am crazy but it was something my mom told me when I was pregnant with my first. She told me to stay more comfortable during the middle and end make sure you put you shoulders back suck your belly in. No of couse you are going to have flat belly but it does help keep you from waddling and lowe back pain. Make sure you stretch everyday that will help you from getting sore. Make sure you are getting enoug calsiumand eat a banana everyday it will help prevent leg cramps. I will help as much as I can if you would like. when she dropped it was like she was grinding into my pelvis and i wanted to cry but now when i walk and stuff its not too bad, she still kung-fu's my ribs but i think that is cause she is stretching and i heard when you are in labor they dont move like that......another new thing is that my right boob hurts really really really bad, what is that about?

If you are having little pains this completely normal, baby dropped probally is head down now. Your water breaking for no reason it would have to something very extreme for that to happen. Everything is scary first time around. One thing that I have learned after having four children was when I was about to go into labor I couldn't get comfortable the night before. But if you are having some pain listen to your body slow down take it easy. Most of the time when you have pain you are doing too much. Get plenty of rest and get a prenatal massage and find a prenatal yoga class. It is great for breathing and centering yourself it will help with anxiety. But if it is really bad talk to you doctor but your fears are completely nomal.

you are just experiencing "normal" fears that go along with a pregnancy, your body is just preparing for everything that is going to come soon :-) My kids all dropped about 3 weeks before i had them, talk to your OB about any fears you may have, Good Luck!
