In as much as i am happy to welcome my child i am not sure what to expect and that is terrifying to me. I am going to be a single mum and i am working, sometimes my work require me to not be at home some of the nights and i just do not know how am i going to deal with all this. How do you (single mothers) manage to do all and still hold together? Please if you can advise.

Awe try not to be scared. Every new Mommy is scared - Dad's are too but they do not show it. I was a single Mom for years with my little son. My son had serious health issues and required many weeks in hospital. I left my job to be home with him - his father had to pay support and that did us fine. If your job will require you to be away a night or two when you go back to work you have a few options: a) ask a relative to stay or take child when you are gone, b) ask your work to adjust your schedule so you do not have to be away from him/her, c) find a new job to fit your lifestyle as a Mom. Go with your heart. As soon as you see that little baby and hold and kiss them and see them look at you with all the trust in the world you will be willing to move mountains. Stay strong and positive. You can do this!!!! Hugs.
