I have an 19mo son from IVF. When they did my implantation they told me discharge may happen due to the process. I can also tell you a home pregnancy test will not be reliable because it will say positive due to all the hormones/drugs they have you on. Do you have any other symptoms that you are pregnant - sore breasts, nausea, etc? I had none other than I had to pee 3-4 times a night starting 2 days after my implantation. When you go in tomorrow for your pregnancy test, they should also give you a vaginal US - it will show if you have an implantation or not and if it is developing properly. I had bloodwork to check hormone levels and an US every week for about 6 weeks to make sure he was growing properly.
I know it is stressful - I've been in your shoes - but try to relax. You made it this far, you only have to wait for one more day.

I don't know much about IVF - as when we were told that was our option we decided to adopt. But I know that they say some light bleeding can happen - implantation bleeding, they usually call it. So try not to worry too much - but I would place a call to your OB/GYN or specialist - whoever did the transfer. I wish you the best of luck! I hope everything is wonderful!
