My grandson is in custody of another state. His parents rights are being removed.. For over a year he has been with foster parents who WON'T allow me to have contact with him.. Can I do anything ???

As Little Miss stated, retain an attorney, and begin the process of petitioning for custody. Nothing is guaranteed, and depending on the circumstances of the removal of parents rights, it may not be possible, but an attorney is the starting point.

Well, you can get a lawyer and take it from there. We are not lawyers, nor do we know the laws in these two states that are involved. You could pursue custody, as long as there are no reasons for them not to award you custody. BUT, you must find a lawyer.
