I am getting so stressed about this. I am having a really hard time with the idea of leaving him with someone else. It would be awesome if we could keep his schedule as close to his home one as we can

daycares tend to have their own routines for the kids. they try to have all children sleep/rest at the same time etc so that the carers can provide proper supervision.

I have been really cruncking numbers to see if I can stay home with him. So long as we can do this with just my husbands income them there is no question about it. I'm gunna stay home with him. I'm not a big fan of the daycare idea. I mean if you have to you have to but I know i'm gunna be SO worried about him. Thankx for the advice. :)

Is staying home with him a realistic option for you?

A nanny is a good (though fairly expensive) option that would provide him the comfort of being cared for in his own environment and the security of remaining on the schedule he is used to being on.

A licensed in home daycare would probably be a cheaper option, but still might be able to offer more flexibility than an actual center.

Sorry I don't have any other input. My kids were never in daycare, but I've been a nanny off and on for the past 4 years. :)
