Lot's of water, whole grain, veges, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, and lean protein. Soy will also help it helps balance female hormones. Make sure you consume your needed calories or you won't lose the weight the right way. Keep a food diary it will help you see exactly what you are eating.

These are really good website to use and it is free.

www.bodybuilding.com It is just for bodybuilders, but it one of the best sites because there are several really good trainers and know how to teach you how to burn fat.

if you are on birth control, the hormones in it could be causing some of it too. i lost 20 pounds after i had my mirena removed, eating less calories, and exercising.

I lost 30 lbs in four months on Weight Watchers which put my weight as less than before I got pregnant and after learning how the program works, I have been able to maintain my weight now four years later. It is all about eating moderately, healthy (lower salt intake, increase water!) and exercise..evening walks or morning runs do wonders!!

How long has it been since you had your last child? If it's 12 months or less, give it some more time. I worked out like mad 6 weeks after my daughter was born moving forward. It wasn't until she was a yr old that I started losing the weight (also stuck to a low carb low fat diet). My dr said the pregnancy hormones holding onto the "weight" stick around longer for some people, as was the case with me.

Exercise, no pop, drink lots of water.....if you've done all of these (which you probably have) get your thyroid checked it could be under active.
