you are not the only one. It started right after i had my son. The other day i put the pizza rolls in the cabinet instead of the fridge and didn't find it or even realize it until my husband came home 3 hours later. I also will be looking for my phone and thinking i have lost it and it will be right in my pocket. How does one deal with this? Makes me feel like i am crazy sometimes

I do it all the time. My hubby pisses himself laughing. You are definitely not the only one. At least my hubby understands - he doesn't get frustrated. But yeah, I can go to do something in another room, arrive in the room, then forget why I was there :)

I am with you, some days I dont even know what time it is, the date, or what I am supposed to be doing. POst-its on the bathroom mirror have helped me to remember big things, and I make lists for everything. My worst is at the grocery store, I can't ever remember what I need when I get there. I would suggest getting a pack of Steno Pads from Sams club/Cosco etc and keeping a pen through the top of it and make a list every evening for the next day, write out your schedule and even plan dinner then too. It really has helped me organize my mind and keeps me on the right path for the day!

Happens to me all time! It is so bad that my hubby can't interupt what I am saying with a simple statement because I will forget what I am trying to say!! I write lists all the time now, almost every day of things we need to do or things I want to talk to him about coz otherwise I would forget.

Men can do that cos they dont have normal everyday mundane things crashing their brain cells day in day out!! all they do is go to work!! lol...Seroiusly tho it is nothing to worrry about, im 40 n its been happening to me ever since i had my 1st son 20 yrs ago!! try n visualise the thing it is that ur working on/trying to find before u start then it should stick in your mind a little better??

Oh yes i often go upstairs to my bedroom for something only to forget what it is ive actually gone for!! This is a ordinary case of kids combined with an overload on the brain!! its normal and as we get older it happens more often my mum leads me to believe!! lol
