i currently have legal joint custody of my 13 year old daughter that lives with her father, but she wants to come live with me.My financial situation isn't the greatest and I'm 33 weeks pregnant yet her and I still want to live together. she is afraid of her dad and talking with him is impossible. what can I do?

In most states, 13 YO kids are allowed to pick their custodial parent. Take it before a judge.

I have and he says that because he makes more money and has a bigger house, she had to stay with him. Thing is, he doesn't really see her or watch over her. His wife does and the older siblings. He works late and she wants more time to bond with him. I don't want to say anything bad about his wife but they're not that close with get and she's always being left alone in her room or cleaning. I wish I can let the court know she wants to move back with me but we're both scared he'll take any communication we have.
