I feel like this is none none of their business. It is my body and it is our child. I do not want to breastfeed and they simply won't leave me alone about it. Being pregnant is hard enough without having them on me about this 24/7. Ugh ok vent over!

Breastfeeding didn't work with my first one but with my other 2 it did. I at least tried but didn't get upset when it didn't work out.
Maybe you just need to tell them that you have made your choice and to drop the subject. If they bring it up again don't respond.

Michelle thanks. I think it's great that breastfeeding works for you and I have no problem with anyone who chooses to do so, but for me personally, everything about it is off putting. Having sore breast, the huge time commitment, etc etc. Yes, it might be marginally better for baby but if it makes babies mother completely miserable that isn't good for baby either. My choice stems from being a nanny for newborns for the past 10 years and watching 6 different woman struggle through breastfeeding and hating every min of it. It wasn't a choice I made lightly. Everyone should get to weight their own pros and cons I wish I could somehow get them off my back but that seems impossible.

I am wondering what your reason's are for not breastfeeding though.
I agree it doesn't concern them but for someone to be so adamant before their baby is born, is strange. Breastfeeding is free and natural, perfect for baby. I always made sure I had bottles and formula as a backup but I always tried breastfeeding first.
