You're not a crappy mom I know a lot of parents who's kids are still on bottle even though they are over one. My brothers daughter is over 2 and they still are struggling with it; my aunt didn't get her daughter off a bottle till over 3 years old so it's not uncommon. But it can cause problems with their teeth so yeah you need to get her off the bottle. Personally I took my son off bottles at one and at that point he was having one at nap and at night and I just switched to sippy cups and dealt with the grumpiness for a week while he got used to it.

There is no easy way I would simply pull and toss all the bottles and move strictly to a sippy cup or regular cup. Honestly since you waited so long it is not going to go over without a fight but it should only last for a few days and be done with.

Just a tip from a dental standpoint, having milk just sitting on the teeth is not good.

I had transitioned him off formula onto milk while he was still using the bottle so it was milk in the cup. I can give him cold milk at nap time now but I still warm his night milk just because it helps warm him up after bath time.
