Why doesn't she want to go to school? Is she over scheduled, too tired? Is something or someone at school bothering her?

What is the consequence for her missing school or being late for school? My son is 10, and on busy weeks, he is sometimes very tired in the morning and will not want to wake up. If he is late for school for this reason, he loses the privilege of playing with his friends after school--he must stay home and rest, no video games, no friends, no screen time of any sort, but he may listen to music and read. This isn't so much a punishment, but a way to make sure he gets the rest he needs in order to get up on time in the mornings.

Have you taken every single privilege of her life away (everything except her bed, basic food, and basic clothes)? Have you asked her why she doesn't want to go to school?
