As much as it is difficult to do, you have to be strong and give her different things. I hear what you are saying, and I can empathize with how difficult it can be. Have you tried giving her cereal with milk? That may be a start.

At that age, she should really be drinking from a cup also....I do believe it could increase her chances of cavities?

I agree with everything the other ladies said. Do not buy the junk food, and constantly offer good nutritious foods. Limit her intake of milk, she is definitely filling up on that.

Please don't feed her french fries or chicken nuggest - so very bad for her

She should not be filling her tummy with milk - she is not getting what she needs - Her body and brain are growing so fast right now, she needs raw meteral for her body to use - so don't ever give her chemcials, dyes, and such junk

Non processed, no sugar added, healthy foods only for her - fruite, veggies ... if you do meat and dairy make sure it is orgainic - hormone free - her little liver, I am sure, is now in over drive in an effort to remove the toxins from her body

Try having her help make the food - try putting the food you want her to eat on her plate (kids want to do what we do)

If tossing the bottle is too much for her right now, give it to her but only fill it with water, nothing else

I feel your pain as I know what it is like to have a child that wont eat. Your daughter might be filling up too much on the milk there for there is no room for food to go in. I know its not easy but if you can cut down her milk might help. Also if you can always try to offer the food first or sit her at the table with a plate infront of you and say she can share mommy's plate. My daughter had to be able to feed herself noone could feed her so I used to chop things into bit size pieces and let her go for it. Yes it can be messy but thats what worked. Keep trying new food with her because it can take up to ten times of trying a food before they like it. hope that helps a little and good luck
