I have a ten-month old baby who is presently around 9.3 kilos. At 5 months old he had wheezy bronchitis and at the moment he is recovering from a mild form of it. Otherwise he is full of energy. I wanted to ask if it is normal for some of the baby's body parts to taste salty during the hot summer (in my country summers are hot indeed). I taste saltiness only when I lick him in certain parts, such as forehead, hands, and the heel. I'm worried he might have CF.Thanks.

Lol I've only licked my daughter when she licked my face she didn't like it very much. Thought it might stop her lol didn't. Yes it's very normal for sweat to be salty when it's very hot.I live in Australia does get pretty hot here. If he's recovering well and is energetic and I don't think you have anything to worry about. If you're worried ask you doctor but I don't think it sounds like an issue. Maybe don't lick your baby though lol
