I took my ex back to court after 5 years of not following out current parenting plan. He is suppose to take them Wed.-Fri. and I get them Sun.-Tue. and we alternate Sat. I have had them 80% of the time because he works out of town or he just doesn't get them. I asked for child support and that I be the primary caretaker. He said that I wouldn't let him have them and that he wanted them on my days when he was in town so the commissioner made a temporary order that he gets them 3 days a week. He's going to do it because he doesn't want to pay child support. I also have fibromyalgia and some days don''t do a lot with the kids because of that. My parents give me money and have made my house payments so I really don't have to work, but I do teach meditation classes and lectures 6 hours a week at the local college. I can't do any more than that. Does anybody out their know anybody who has had a custody case decided with a chronic pain issue?
