I cook the same for all four every day. They eat all their meals together, but alex is always the first finished and always wants more. I have recently found out that she was paying money on her own school lunch account. Now , that can be for only one or two reasons one: she doesnt want me to see how much she is buying or 2; she is so worried about being in a negative balance. Either one is horrible for and 8 year old to feel and I am just baffled by it. We always have more than enough food, Im a believer in moderation so that kids do not feel deprived. We recently started to discuss her weight and it seems that since this subject came up, the behaviors of sneaking and inability to get enough are more severe.. Help I dont want her to have low self esteem Meanwhile her 16 yearold sister is a soccer star and her ten year old sister is platinum blond with very lond thin legs. Alex has made reference to being able to wear the clothes that jack wears and i want that for her also. Btw , she is very active doiung 4 days of cheering per week at present. Any suggestions would be great My girlfriend is starting a business called skinny school and I think alex may make a great client for her. She is a vegan and very into health, but has also struggles for years with her weight. Could the one on one be possibly just what she needs. With four daughters, it is not always an esy task.. Any comments would be appreciated tips, suggestions, experiences
