Sometimes I feel really crappy being on assistance and having four kids I did finish college but nothing turned up in the work department now I have a newborn and I feel very restless I want to get back out there and start looking for work but she needs me to nurse her and she refuses a bottle. I feel like the whole world judges me negatively.

If you feel crappy being on assistance, stop having babies. I can't comment on the work, because I know employment rates vary on where you live. Clearly, while your baby is a newborn, work is not likely to be an option. However, when the time comes, make sure you are applying for anything and everything you can. Don't worry if it is beneath you, or your wages aren't what you would ideally like, you need to get that experience under your belt. I'm not sure why the world judges you negatively. You have finished college, that is quite an achievement, especially if you have children to look after at the same time.
