I have recently starting taking Fenugreek capsules and now going to be taking Domperidone for breast feeding? How long will I get a better milk flow and start seeing improvements? The only thing that I have been doing is pumping several times a day and breastfeeding once a day for four days, due to the situation that I am currently in at the present moment.

It can take a while to build up a supply under difficult circumstances. I was told that if it didn't come in right away or fairly soon after there was no chance. But in my case, with domperidone and fenugreek it took 5 months to get a full supply. Now, I'd had breast surgery, which makes it more difficult than normal. The point I am trying to make (badly) is that don't give up if it doesn't happen full force right away.
I would say, get a picture of your little one to look at while you pump, try to find a nice place if you can, find a way to relax, try a heating pad or a hot water bottle and maybe even keep something that smells like your baby nearby. Pumping is more exhausting than nursing, at least in my experience. So try to make it as pleasant as possible (I know it's hard).

I got the prescription from my doctor and only suppose to be taking 9 a day plus the 6 fenugreek pills per day. Is it normal to have more in the morning and like almost nothing near the end of the day? I'm a new mom and unsure of things. Plus it's exteremly hard to get more flow when I get to see my son for 3 hours a day. and constantly pumping throough out the day.

I don't know about the Domperidone, as I never used that, but when I used Fenugreek, I started seeing improvements within a few days, if I recall correctly. You have to make sure you're taking enough that you start smelling like a pancake house, in order for it to work properly.
